The shower is outside but hidden from view, fed by a water heater, the water will be hot, and the toilets are dry.

It's a room in all simplicity, without fuss, no room for a bidet, or any frills here, and that's what makes it charming.

The Tavignanu apartment is designed for 4 people: one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two 90cm beds.

The kitchen is not large but fully equipped and functional: filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, 2 saucepans, numerous pots and pans, numerous plates, glasses and stemmed glasses, cutlery, no barbecue

Entrance can be through a door that opens onto the kitchen, or through the bay window directly from the pool. No living room.

This accommodation is ideal for families or groups of friends.

The Liscu apartment consists of a large bedroom with a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe, a large bathroom and a large, well-equipped kitchen . We have installed a large sofa bed , to allow families or groups of 4 people to come. Therefore, ideally organized for a couple, it can still accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, wine glasses, and water glasses. A toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, and a large fridge-freezer are also included. It is also equipped with a TV.

The apartment is new and large . The terrace is independent, unlike the other accommodations on the site (which all overlook the swimming pool).

This mobile home is ideal for a family or small group, accommodating up to 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a second room with two single beds, perfect for children or friends.

The interior is spacious and well-appointed, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Its private terrace allows you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. Although the mobile home is located close to the main road, once inside, you will enjoy peace and quiet.

Whether you are located far from the city centre or in the heart of the site, you will have easy access to the facilities, including the swimming pool, spa and deckchairs, for moments of pure relaxation.

We offer families, groups of friends or training course organizers the opportunity to book all of our rooms and gîtes to get together for a family celebration, an event, a training course, etc.

After a day in the great outdoors, you can return to our rooms and apartments: 23 people can stay on site.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to November 3rd.

The jacuzzi is heated all year round.

River access.

Petanque ground with boules available for great evenings with friends.

At our place, everything revolves around the swimming pool, outdoors, however we have set up spaces for you to gather together in case of bad weather or cool evenings.

For your meals: a kitchen and a small dining room will be at your disposal to prepare and eat your meals, and a beautiful covered outdoor space, ideal for lovely evenings near the river. We provide all the dishes, plates, cups, dishes, and kitchen utensils to be able to cook for 23 people. We also provide single-use plates, toilet paper, and trash bags.

You can also choose to be served.

Breakfast: €12/person

Evening meal: €20 per adult, €10 for children under 10

Lunch picnic: €15/person

Bed linen is included in the rental.

The swimming pool will be accessible from 9 a.m. and closed at 10 p.m.

The jacuzzi is accessible from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Ponte Leccia is less than 5 minutes away by car, it will be easy for you to do your shopping at the Super U, find a restaurant, a bakery, a tobacconist.

Regarding children, they are the responsibility of parents or accompanying adults. Since access to the river is direct, you will need to be vigilant regarding safety.

There are no curfew hours, no neighbors.

Each accommodation has a key with remote control so that you can enter and exit the property independently.

No washing machine available, paid service.

A shared kitchen where you can prepare your meals, eat your own meals, or dine outside

We live on site, we will manage the cleaning, opening and closing of the swimming pool and jacuzzi ourselves.
